Futuristic Cybersecurity Training In India: ThinkCyber Israel Collaborates With Deepview To Raise Cyberologists

NEW DELHI: In recent years, unprecedented technological advancement has enormously increased our reliance on the internet. Due to our continued use of digital tools, services, and apps and the fact that practically everyone in the world’s second-most populous nation now uses digital solutions, India is quickly becoming a digital powerhouse.

However, the rapid development of technology and the availability of the internet widens the path of cyber-crime and India is not far behind in the list of most affected countries worldwide in the number of cyberattacks.

In light of this, our ‘Digital India’ dream requires a strong focus on cybersecurity now more than ever. But how do we increase cyber proficiency?

Why cybersecurity is imperative in our academics

More cyber proficiency can only be achieved if we start at the very early levels and work on educating our younger generation. To enhance the security framework and meet the demands of growing cybersecurity training, ThinkCyber – a cybersecurity training company based in Israel – has collaborated with Deepview Consultancy to contour a new generation of die-hard cyberologists.

ThinkCyber’s team of cybersecurity professionals, who are experts in both information and operations technology, focuses essentially on cybersecurity training, education and product solution.

This collaboration between ThinkCyber and Deepview will help broaden the concept of cybersecurity, increase its value and embellish awareness and importance.

ThinkCyber will invest $10 million in three years and will be training students and corporates in India with its proprietary tools and training programmes such as CYBERIUM High-End Simulator and SPECTO technology. These unique products will identify threats on a real-time basis and prepare students to tackle the most innovative cyberthreats.

Atul Mehrotra, Director, Deepview Consultancy, commented on the partnership, “We are thrilled about this collaboration and look forward to generating one of the best cybersecurity training there has ever been in India. Cyberattack is a serious problem, and India is not far behind in the list of most affected countries worldwide. It is high time to introduce competitive and state-of-the-art cybersecurity training tools. ThinkCyber’s tools can amass a vast amount of data to formulate defence strategies that will work best against various attacks. The training enables students to start from scratch and reach a level of advanced cybersecurity expertise quickly.”

Opportunities galore for budding cyberologists

ThinkCyber aims to create over 4,000 cyberologists in collaboration with 100 colleges, who are motivated and determined to decode every move and tactics of the hacker.

The training will enable students to start from scratch and reach a level of advanced cybersecurity expertise correctly. Students and budding cyberologists can sign-up for CYBERIUM’s training for six different levels, each with various programs.

David Shiffman, Head of Partnerships ThinkCyber, said, “There is no better time to introduce a reliable, leading-edge training programme such as ours than now. The diversity of cyberattacks is increasing, and we need to train professionals and students in a way that will help them prevent attacks with the right technique and technology. This is something that ThinkCyber plans to do in India.”

They can also take the modular system where they can learn Digital Forensic, Penetration Testing, SOC Analyst Programs and Reverse Engineering Exploit Development. The enrollment of the students will begin from July 15, 2022.

This program utilizes modern-day tools and techniques for effective training on safeguarding cybersecurity. ThinkCyber is spreading awareness and knowledge to the new generation of cybersecurity professionals with highly competitive and state-of-the-art cybersecurity training tools.
