UP Police To Hold Cyber Workshop and CQ Test For 600 Policemen

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh police is conducting cyber investigation workshop of 600 policemen on Saturday. Noida based NGO Root64 Infosec research Foundation conducting the workshop along with domain experts on Cyber Crime Investigation, Dark Web Analysis and Digital Forensics

The day-long session will start with Raja Shrivastava, Additional Director General (ADG), Police Training centre , Sitapur. Following his insight over the growing concerns of cyber crime in this digital age, Prof. Triveni Singh, Cyber Crime, UP will share the latest cases, modus-operandi and solution. Singh will give a birds-eye view over the issue.

Known for his books and investigation, Amit Dubey will hold his session on Dark Web and Investigation Tools. This will help investigators to explore the unknown world of darkweb and assist them in cracking such cases. Amit is also Chief Mentor of Root64 Foundation.

Details of Advance Digital Forensics and tools technologies, SOPs will be explained by Abhinav Saurabh, Digital Forensics Expert, Consultant, Bihar Police.  Other eminent speaker includes Samsher Bhadur, Cyber Security Practice Head, Armantec Systems Private Limited, Noida and Pavan Kushwaha, Founder and CEO, Kratikal Tech. Pvt. Ltd, Noida.  

Maan Singh and Chandrasekhar, will share their experience on how to investigate, tools, techniques which they have used in solving real life cyber crime investigations. They are Cyber Help Desk officer of Cyber Headquater, Lucknow. 

Those attending the workshop will get deep insight on Dark Web Investigation, cryptocurrency Investigation,  Cyber Forensic,  Social media analysis, Financial Fraud Investigation – UPI, Deepfake Technology, Olx Fraud Investigation, Matrimonial sites, Adult Sites & Dating sites Investigation, Fake News Investigation, CDR Analysis, IPDR Analysis, VOIP Call Investigation, Tower Dump Analysis.

All the policemen will also appear in Cyber Quotient (CQ) Test. The first-of-its-kind test will have a set of cybercrime, security and law-related questions which will help in assessing cyber awareness of UP police.  The one-hour long CQ Test will have questions related to cyber forensic, cyber law, hacking, information security, telecommunication technology, internet technology etc.

The top five scorer will be felicitated by senior and will be awarded.
