New Delhi: The year 2020 also known as the year of the pandemic saw a steep rise in sophisticated cyber attacks but some digital warriors were guarding the cyberspace against such threats. As the year comes to an end, The420.in along with Noida based NGO Root64 Infosec Research Foundation is conducting a pan-India online survey to acknowledge the efforts of the country’s leading cyber defenders.
In this open-source online survey, you can self-nominate yourselves or recommend the name of favourite domain experts under the following category:
1: Leading Cyber Security Experts: Self-nominate yourselves or recommend the name of your favourite hacker/cyber expert. Under this category you can nominate — Ethical Hackers, Bug Bounty Hunters, Cyber Security Researchers, Trainers, Apps and Open Source Project Developers and InfoSec Community Leaders.
2: Leading Cyber Cops: Self-nominate yourselves or recommend the name of your favourite policemen, IPS officer, defence personnel or cyber investigator. Under this category, you can nominate – cop from any law enforcement officer from a state, paramilitary or defence forces of any rank who have cracked a major cybercrime case.
3: Leading Cyber Legal Eagles: Under this category, self nominate yourselves or recommend the name of your favourite lawyer and advocate who fought cyber-related case or have spread cyber awareness in media.
4: Leading Cyber Forensic Experts: Under this category, self nominate or recommend the name of your favourite cyber forensic experts who have assisted in the investigation of crimes and cybersecurity incidents.
5: Leading Chief Information Security Officers (CISO): Under this category, self nominate or recommend the name of your favourite CISO who has helped the company to secure its network and system from cybercriminals.
The result of India’s ten leading cyber professionals in each category will be announced on January 8th. The last date of nomination is January 6, 2021, 11:59 PM.
